Lancaster County Democrats Patriots’ Dinner POSTPONED

The Patriots Dinner is being rescheduled. If you have already paid, your commitment will be honored for the rescheduled event. This fundraiser pays for activities to elect Democrats in the primary and general elections. We will still proceed with mailers and GOTV activities with modifications. Therefore, we ask that you commit to supporting our candidates and activities by purchasing a ticket or sponsorship now, for the rescheduled event. Read our letter.

Our annual dinner recognizes and celebrates volunteers for their service. The event also includes our popular Dessert Auction with delicious goodies from candidates and a silent auction.

• 7:00 pm Dinner and Awards Presentation

Reserved seating with a table or half table:

• $1000 for a table of 8 (8 Mayors’ Reception, 8 Patriots’ Dinners, program mention and half page ad)
• $500 for a 1/2 table of 4 (4 Mayors’ Reception, 4 Patriots’ Dinners, program mention and quarter page ad)
• $250 for a “Double” (2 Mayors’ Reception, 2 Patriots’ Dinners, program mention)
• $80 individual dinner ticket
• $30 for Mayors’ Reception

If you are a table sponsor, please

1. email a PDF file of your program ad, to [email protected] by March 14. See 2019 printed program.
2. provide guest names for your table by March 23 on this form.

Deadline for reservations: Thursday, March 19.

Proceeds are used to support the County Party’s activities to elect Democrats.

We have generous donors that pay for tickets for volunteers who may not able to pay for a ticket. Please email [email protected] if you can help with planning, set-up/tear-down, check-in. Volunteer.
