LCDP Implicit Bias Training

The time is now in our society, community, and Democratic Party to boldly walk forward in bold steps to achieve racial justice, protect rights and fight for equality. This training provides a historical context to illuminate and inform our understanding about the current situation. The journey for the “healing of the soul” of America begins with candid conversations that work through discomfort. This is an opportunity for us to empower our leadership with practices to advance equity, diversity, inclusion and understand. We walk together and share the duties to dismantle systemic racism and oppression.

1. Register for training. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
2. Meeting Agenda is sent via our weekly email the day before.
